DanielFiles - Summary
These are my notes on the book of Daniel from the Bible. I began about 2002.
The first six chapters are essentially Daniel's life as captive and exile in Babylon.
The second six chapters are the prophecies given to Daniel about the times from his own day up to the end of the world, and are much more controversial. (these notes will be added shortly. They need a bit of reformatting from their original word-processing format.

- This week we've seen upheaval in the Australian government, with Kevin versus Julia (and we ought to pray for those elected to lead, 1 Tim 2:1,2) - what a privilege to be able change our leaders. Not so in Babylon - no choice, and no Prime Minister or President ever had power like King Nebuchadnezzar. Dan. 5:19, He killed or spared, promoted or ruined, as he wished. We call such men "absolute" monarch/king - not so! God must teach a lesson (and all are slow to learn). GOD RULES MORE...
